we have noticed that many of the tweets in your Twitter account @babyblonde are posted in an automated manner, e.g. by aggregating RSS feeds.

Automated tweets and fake activity constitute a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Please read our T&C again at:

We periodically monitor twitterer accounts for compliance with our T&C because we have a responsibility towards our customers which are — after all — paying for the magpie-tweets you are getting. As we are committed to provide a great service to both customers and twitterers, we need to enforce these rules.

WE HAD TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT.

So what happens now? We ask that you drastically reduce automated tweets. An occasional auto-posting from your blog is okay, but you can’t base your Twitter activity entirely on other sources. We will continue to monitor your account from now on and check whether you’ve reduced the amount of automated Tweets. In 4 weeks we will contact you again and — provided your account is again compliant with our T&C — re-activate it. Otherwise, your account will be terminated permanently. In this case, you won’t be able to cash out your earnings.

Following our T&C you also have 4 weeks to raise an objection in order to explain the incident and provide evidence that your behavior has been in accordance with our T&C.
